JKSSB Warder Selection Process 2026
The selection for the post of Warder will be conducted in three stages:
1. Written Examination
- The exam will consist of Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
- Questions will be set only in English.
- Negative marking applies: one-fourth (1/4th) of the marks assigned to a question will be deducted for every wrong answer.
2. Physical Standard Test (PST)
