Educational Qualification

To be eligible for the post of Warder, candidates must meet the following academic criteria:

JKSSB Warder Selection Process 2026

The selection for the post of Warder will be conducted in three stages:

1. Written Examination

  • The exam will consist of Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
  • Questions will be set only in English.
  • Negative marking applies: one-fourth (1/4th) of the marks assigned to a question will be deducted for every wrong answer.

2. Physical Standard Test (PST)

Candidates will be shortlisted for the PST based on written test performance — six times the number of vacancies in each category will be called.
